The General Assembly meeting of 34^th Annual National Bass Association of the Deaf Team Tournament was held at Kentucky Lake, Gilbertsville, Kentucky.

President Mack Wilson called NBAD general meeting to order at 1:55 p.m.

Guest Speaker: Kirk Webb, Captain Kirk’s Guide Service, was made speech at Convention Center about one hour.

TOURNAMENT RULES:

David Couch , 2009 General Chairperson, described about tournament rules at registration room yesterday at Convention Center.

TREASURER’S REPORT:

Treasurer Dave Coles reported Karl Nygaard, CA and Jeff Willoughby, MO audited and approved NBAD financial report from August 2007 to September 2008.

2009 GENERAL CHAIRPERSON:

David Couch explained that the inspection will start at 5:00 a.m. at the same place. Also he want to explained and make sure it is clear for color numbered sticker for boat. There are three different colors with start Orange, Blue and Green.

For Orange is NBAD officers and committee and they are first to be launch for each day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

He said that there is only two dead bass on Monday Lunker Contest and encouraged to contestant to make sure keep them live in the livewell.

BASSMASTERS AWARD:

Executive board John Coggins-Peckham explained how NBAD choose and present the Bassmaster Award.

SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD:

Executive board Danny Cochran explained how NBAD choose and present the Sportsmanship Award.

TOP SIX TEAM CONTEST AWARD:

Vice President Scott Hostetler explained to make sure they understand that each angler is requiring choosing at least one (1) affiliated club for the Robert Southwell Top Six Team Award. He explained that each COR representative are responsible to fill out on the application form and give him on Thursday night at Convention Center then he will make announcement who will be winner for 1^st place, 2^nd place and 3^rd place.

Publicity and Sales:

Publicity Director Patricia Wilson explained abut the NBAD stuff and where the place will be sale.

2010 GENERAL CHAIRPERSON:

Jeff Willoughby introduced Ken Stehle will be co-chairperson. He explained that Prizer Point Marina and Resort will hold up to 42 boat slips. Also he will make announcement for rates for cottage, condo for this coming of September.
